By using this website or placing an order with Saffanah Fragrances ("Saffanah", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

All products sold by Saffanah are our own original blends, made and sold only under the Saffanah name in our own packaging.

Where we describe a product as "inspired by" another fragrance, the other brand or product name is used only to describe the general scent family or character, so customers can understand what our blend smells like. This is a comparison, not a claim that our product is the same as, made by, or connected to that brand.

Saffanah is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands, designers or companies whose names may appear on this website. All such names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our products are not the original designer products and are not sold as replicas, copies or counterfeits.

Scent is personal and our interpretations may differ from the fragrance they are inspired by in smell, strength and longevity.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• An order is confirmed only when we accept it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, and any payment made will be refunded.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or location. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

All sales are final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment, including for change of mind or personal scent preference, because fragrances are personal care products.

You may cancel an order only before it is shipped. If your product arrives broken or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a full, unedited unboxing video. After checking, we may send a replacement at our discretion.

Our products are for external use only. Do a patch test before use, avoid contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use if irritation occurs. Saffanah is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.

All Saffanah content on this website — our name, logo, photos and text — belongs to Saffanah and may not be copied without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
