Fragrances are personal care products. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind or scent preference.

You can cancel your order only before it is shipped.

If your product arrives broken or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a full, unedited unboxing video. After checking, we may send a replacement at our discretion.
